Bee Gregson Jewels delivers to all countries in the EU as standard, but can arrange for orders to be shipped globally on request. All Bee Gregson Jewels arrive in a sleek black box, with a card detailing the stones and meanings for that product.
Royal Mail is used to deliver all orders, using ‘Special Delivery’ for the UK, ‘Airsure’ or ‘Signed For’ for Europe (depending on Country) and ‘Airsure’ or ‘International Signed For’ (depending on country) for the rest of the world. Please see the rates below:

When entering your delivery address during checkout, the delivery charge will be applied to your order relative to the country chosen. You will be able to have your purchase delivered to an address other than your billing address, the details of which can be stored in your on-line site account.
Bee Gregson Jewels reserves the right to amend delivery prices for orders shipped outside the UK. We will contact you by email prior to shipping should we anticipate your order incurring a delivery cost over that stated at time of order.
We will send you a despatch e-mail confirming when your goods are on the way. All orders within the UK should be received within 2-3 working days of despatch. European orders should be received within 5-10 working days of despatch. Orders for the rest of the world should be received within 14 days from despatch. I have received an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?
We aim to get your order right every time but occasionally mistakes can happen. If we send you the wrong item please contact us and our Customer Services team will advise you how to return it free of charge.
How do I place an order?
Start browsing through our different products and collections, which can be seen by clicking one of the categories along the top bar. When you have found the product you'd like to purchase, simply click 'ADD TO BASKET'. Continue browsing if you'd like to purchase more products, or proceed straight to CHECKOUT, which you will find in a link from your Shopping Basket, or alternatively, can be found at the top right corner of the page.
Do I need to open an account to order goods?
No. You will have an option to register at the end of the checkout. This will give you the option to track your order, manage your addresses for quick checkout, save baskets and much more!
How do I know when my order has been received?
An email will automatically be sent to you as the order is processed, then you will receive another when your order has been dispatched.
How and when will my purchases be delivered?
Your order will be sent via Royal Mail. All orders are sent Special Delivery and will require a signature upon receipt. We aim to deliver most orders within one week but as everything is made to order sometimes it can take a few days longer. Delivery time will be longer for orders outside of the UK. Please contact us for more information on delivery outside the UK.

Can I return earrings?
Due to hygeine reasons, earrings are not returnable.
