Terms and Conditions
Product:
We have tried our utmost to capture and present our beautiful jewellery as accurate representations of what you will receive and have provided a variety of images to help you understand the scale, colour and detail. However, as the material with which we work is largely naturally occurring, no two pieces can be identical. We see this as a benefit as the more varied the natural pattern of the stones used, the greater the scope for individuality. But please bear this in mind when placing your order and on receipt as product variations will occur. In addition computer screens, resolutions and colour balances can vary significantly so may not present the accurate representations we have tried to provide on our website.
Prices:
The prices payable for all items offered on our website are clearly displayed. Our website displays prices in pounds sterling (£). All prices are shown inclusive of UK selling duties, where applicable. The prices shown for items on the website do not include charges for postage and packaging (delivery). Delivery charges (P&P) will be added to the total product value of your order based on the delivery service you choose. Information on postage and packaging may be found in the
Delivery Information section of our website. Your order will be based upon product prices and delivery charges at the time you submit your order. Prices reduced for promotional or sale periods will be displayed in red with the previous price shown in black with a strikethrough.
Bee Gregson Jewels reserve the right to change prices at any time. We make every effort to maintain the accuracy of the pricing on our website however, the price of an item displayed at the time of your order may very rarely be inaccurate. We reserve the right to accept or decline an order placed for mis-priced product. Should we be unable to fulfil the order due to a pricing error, we shall contact you by email regarding the required adjustment and provide you with the opportunity to cancel or accept the order based on the correct pricing. Should an item be reduced to a lower price after an order has been placed, but before the merchandise has been delivered, the original order price will be upheld.
Payment:
Ensuring that you are able to browse and shop safely on Bee Gregson Jewels website is of the utmost importance to us. We have created a secure transactional site and all payment activities are encrypted.
Bee Gregson Jewels accepts credit/debit card payment. Please do not send cash or cheques. We currently accept the following cards for payment on our site.

Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order at Bee Gregson Jewels. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Bee Gregson Jewels we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We reserve the right to cancel your order upon failure of card authorisation.
We take the utmost care to make our site secure. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using Secure Trading, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Completing Your Order:
Please always double check your order details to confirm you are happy with the quantities and prices of the goods you wish to purchase. Always check you have selected the correct size and colour. We have designed the checkout area of our site to show your basket at every step of the process, so it is clearly visible and easy to check at any time. Also, when shopping/browsing throughout the site, we have provided a drop down basket which allows you to check (and remove/add) items in your bag at any stage. Simply click on ‘Shopping Bag’ at the top right of every page. You should
always check your basket contents before completing your order.
Availability:
If your order is in stock we aim to despatch it within 3 working days. However, many Bee Gregson Jewels pieces will be made to order and therefore could take up to 2-3 weeks before despatch. Should we anticipate the order requiring longer than 2-3 weeks we will email you to inform you of the estimated despatch date. We cannot accept liability for orders that we are unable to process as a result of supply constraints or other unforeseen circumstances. We will contact you in the unlikely event that this is the case.
Order Confirmation:
Bee Gregson Jewels will email you an order confirmation following receipt of your order. This email will provide the core details of your order and states that payment will be taken from your account. This confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order or a guarantee that it can be fulfilled. Should we have any queries about your order or have any problems in fulfilling your order, our Customer Service team will contact you directly. Should you not have an email address order confirmation can be posted by request but may incur an additional delivery charge. Should you wish to cancel your order, please see the section below called “Cancellation”. Please note, cancellation of an order is not the same as the returns process, should you wish to return any items shipped to you. This is also detailed below in the
Returns & Refunds section.
Delivery:
Bee Gregson Jewels delivers to all countries in the EU as standard, but can arrange for orders to be shipped globally on request. All Bee Gregson Jewels arrive in a sleek black box, with a card detailing the stones and meanings for that product.
Royal Mail is used to deliver all orders, using ‘Special Delivery’ for the UK, ‘Airsure’ or ‘Signed For’ for Europe (depending on Country) and ‘Airsure’ or ‘International Signed For’ (depending on country) for the rest of the world. Please see the rates below:

When entering your delivery address during checkout, the delivery charge will be applied to your order relative to the country chosen. You will be able to have your purchase delivered to an address other than your billing address, the details of which can be stored in your on-line site account. Bee Gregson Jewels reserves the right to amend delivery prices for orders shipped outside the UK. We will contact you by email prior to shipping should we anticipate your order incurring a delivery cost over that stated at time of order. We will send you a despatch e-mail confirming when your goods are on the way. All orders within the UK should be received within 2-3 working days of despatch. European orders should be received within 5-10 working days of despatch. Orders for the rest of the world should be received within 14 days from despatch. All orders will require a signature on delivery.
Promotional codes:
At times Bee Gregson Jewels may release promotional codes. The code will note the duration for which it remains valid, but no code will remain valid a year from the release date noted on the voucher.
Returns:
We care about the design, quality and integrity of our jewellery, your interest in it and how you receive it and therefore endeavour for you to be absolutely thrilled with what you have ordered. In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase please contact Bee Gregson Jewels within 14 working days of receipt of your purchase, using the contacts menu below. We can exchange your piece or offer you a refund for returns confirmed within 14 working days. All returns must be returned unworn. You will have to cover the cost of returns postage and are liable for the value of the purchase until we have received it, so we recommend you use Special Delivery. Non-UK customers please mark clearly on the outer packaging ‘UK returned goods’. Failure to do this may result in charges being levied and a delay with your refund being processed. We recommend you use a reliable postal service or courier that will give you a tracking number and insure you for the value of the goods. You will be reimbursed upon receipt of your return to Bee Gregson Jewels and subject to our checking of the condition of the purchase.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the return of earrings, for hygiene reasons.
Commissioned orders are not returnable.
Title and Risk:
Items that you order remain the property of Bee Gregson Jewels until we have received payment in full for those items. Risk and liability for the items pass to you on delivery. Title reverts to Bee Gregson Jewels in the event that you cancel your order or return items to us. Should you need to return any items to us, liability for these items remains with you until received by Bee Gregson Jewels.
Cancellation:
Customers within the European Union are protected by Distance Selling Regulations. Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order up to 7 days from the day after receipt of item(s). Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays are not included within this 7 day allowance period. Cancellation periods differ across the European Union and may vary from 7 – 14 days. Cancellation of orders must be made in writing. If the affected items have been despatched to you prior to notification of cancellation, these items will need to be returned to Bee Gregson Jewels (at your own expense). Please see the
